AWS Fireside: Live Broadcast and Event Coverage
Setting the Stage
KAUGHT Media partnered with AWS and Edge Delta to support a fireside chat featuring leading voices in AI. The goal was to clearly capture and transmit the conversation to both in-room attendees and a broader live audience via LinkedIn, delivering high-quality audio and video that preserved the intimacy and insight of the discussion.
The Process
Our team worked closely with venue staff and event managers to align technical requirements and timelines. We scouted the location in advance, audited the room’s existing AV system, and planned a broadcast workflow tailored to the space. Through focused in-team coordination and preparation, we ensured every role, transition, and contingency was accounted for ahead of showtime..
The Results
The event was delivered with a smooth, uninterrupted Full HD live stream and complete event recording. Coverage transitioned seamlessly from static multi-camera production to handheld interviews during the event, adding energy and context. In parallel, we expedited photo and video deliverables for social media, providing timely content that extended the event’s reach beyond the room.
